I just tested this and pack quantities are independent of actual product quantities still. I.e. If I sell one pack that is a 3 count pack of product A. Product A’s inventory is not reducing. Also, if I sell one product A, the pack quantity available does recalculate to ensure enough are still available.

It’s always best to use overrides when possible.
Best is to get bug fixes into core. Which requires a fairly clear description of what the actual problem is, together with the changed files in an issue report.
Of course, but this is not a bug as far as I understand, and as lesley pointed out above.
Some people on that forum (and other as well) experience poblems with products import/export/mass edit. So, they mostly rely on 3rd-party modules for this puproses.
From another hand, almost eveyone is quite familiar with excel and NOT familiar with SQL
Thus, i wrote this guide for those ones, who faced need of mass editing/export/import for repetitious products/combinations, and who don’t know much about sql clauses, but use cell drag-drop operations.
As for me i use all tools.
That’s weird. I’d really need access to your server to investigate further. At this point, it can be
the override code is not triggered (overrides are disabled, or maybe class_index.php is corrupted). You could check this by editing override file, and add some die('override is triggered') somewhere at the beginning of postProcess function.
the google captcha has been broken. That’s not very likely. If this is the case, there’s not much you can do until google fixes it
this is not an automated spam, but someone is posting the comments manually. Again, not very likely, but who knows
I can’t think of anything else
Thanks for sharing! Let us know whether that reduces errors.
I personally dislike those confirmation ones. What I’d rather prefer is something like:

And yes, one of the long standing enhancement requests: https://github.com/thirtybees/thirtybees/issues/397
Traumflug created this issue in thirtybees/thirtybees
Allow Bcc to merchant on all email messages sent
Looks like i’m a bit late, but for anyone interested:
Alternatively you could remove those buttons from list view completely. I don’t think people would add anything to cart from a list view. Well, i wouldn’t… don’t know about anyone else.
Yeah, our tech support staff wanted a few things added before using it.
I’ll see what else is missing, we are also adding an option to simply send a message to multiple persons without reassigning it to anybody. Sometimes, our tech support staff are sending me and other colleagues questions that they don’t know how to answer. They have to be able to send it to multiple persons at once and also, I don’t want it to be ‘reassigned’ to me in the backend. So basically just a ‘forward’ option. We are almost done on that too.

In CSV import, this function already exists. -> Product creation date
But in this way, the product creation will change.
@movieseals said in Change Product Add Date to affect New:
I had found this php script that you can put in Admin/Tabs. It allows you to set any product as old or new by either entering their reference code or ID code. This is something we use daily. You need to scroll down the thread to find the 1.6.x version but it works fine in TB as well. It does not require any overrides and works out of the box.
It does not seem like something that would be hard to implement in a future version of TB. It is certainly very useful for us.
this will change the “product creation date”? I would like to maintain it.
