For 5-7 those files will be moved into the theme, so it is best to use the theme translations. All of those files are automatically moved to your theme when you edit translations, so if you edit the core ones, they will always be overwritten.
Just using the default theme with css changes. Do you think in the long term these will work with 30 bees? I am reluctant to make a change that my store will rely on that might stop working in a year or two
Doesn’t seem to be in the module’s product-list.tpl. I think it’s part of the Advanced EU Compliance module, but the one “From” field that I translated didn’t change anything despite flushing the cache and opening in a totally clean browser.
One of them starts with http://, the other one with https://. There might be usecases like a link “switch to SSL” or a redirection page automatically redirecting to the SSL-version. Or redirecting to non-SSL for picture links. Such stuff. Even if they make not much sense today, they might have had value a few years back.
