Bug in EU Advanced Compliance with shipping taxes?

Hi, Could someone else please check that when enabled the EU Advanced Compliance module takes the shipping price and adds VAT on top of it? This is surprising for me and I don't know whether it's intended or not. I would expect the module to take the shipping price entered at the carrier as gross, i.e. including taxes, and not net. What would you expect?

... the UK post office / Royal Mail cannot post and pay all VAT Tariff and admin charges in advance and so is not allowed for Amazon sellers or any good for anyone really
... the UK government has no promise of a threshold value for charging VAT tariffs and admin; it's not like selling to the US or Australia where small parcels are ignored by customs. A trade worth a penny can be taxed.
... Parcel2go, Parcelmonkey and similar sites don't yet show me a way to post to the EU next year.
... our government is negotiating hard for us to get worse employment rights etc etc than other europeans, so if the deal gets better it will probably be on December 31st

AEUC Cache Problem

Here in the forum and Github, I could not find a solution. In the PS forum, I found a clue that may solve the cache problem with AEUC.

I would be glad, if one of the programmers can look at this solution attempt times and if necessary creates an update for the module.

AEUC v3.1.3 - Final order overview missing

In the EU, we're supposed to have an overview of the final order on the page where you click "Buy". I just noticed that this doesn't happen. See image below. Is this a setting I'm missing or is it a bug?

AEUC v3.1.3 shows "in cart" for items in same category - why and how to change this?

Hello, a few days ago, there was an update for AEUC to v3.1.3 from TB-Updater.

Now it shows the button "in cart" for items in same category. When i am on an item detail site, i have some other products from same category in the middle of the page. And at this, i have the button "in cart" for these items.

There is no price and no delivery time or such things, but the button "in cart" is a problem regarding the regulations here for EU and usually the "in cart" has to be disabled at this point.

I am not sure if the problem is sourced in the module AEUC or Crosselling or Productscatergory ?!?

I'm getting the following error during the checkout flow

Notice: Trying to get property of non-object in /modules/advancedeucompliance/advancedeucompliance.php on line 920 on the page index.php?controller=order when you get the overview of the order.

Line 920 is:

$linkConditions = $this->context->link->getCMSLink($cmsConditions, $cmsConditions->link_rewrite, $isSslEnabled); It looks like some type of CMS page is missing. Does anyone know how to check what might be missing and potentially fix it?

Enabling 'Advanced Checkout Page' in Advanced EU Compliance hides some payment methods

In 1.0.2, some payment methods are not shown when I activate 'Advanced Checkout Page' in the Advanced EU Compliance module.

The payment method, a third party module, is in the hook area 'displayPaymentEU'.

Is there anything else I need to pay attention to so that the payment method shows?

i'd like to modify the link for shipping on the product page. Currently it's pointing to

https://aurosis.de/de/info/versand-und-zahlung?content_only=1 Which leads to a page without navigation. It would be nice if i could set it to a new tab or a modal. Since i made some changes to the theme, it looks pretty broken as well. I tested it with a fresh installation in my test environment and there it also only leads to a separate page without navigation. Although it looks nicer in the default theme, it's still pretty bad if the customer can't navigate back...
