  1. When checking out of the site, before you even get to the shipping options, the cart says Free Shipping! on every transaction. Is there a way to turn that off? It's causing confusion for some customers. Is there some way to change it to say "Next Page" or just be gone? Thanks.
  2. I am looking to be able to charge a flat rate for the first item, and then a certain amount for each added item. for example: $1.50 for the first item and then $0.25 for each additional item. I would also be interested in doing this based on category. Like if you purchase 1 item from Category 1, that is $1.50, if you purchase an item from Category 2, that is $5.50. Or maybe just be able to set the price per item. Simple! Any ideas? Thanks! - Todd S.
  3. Purchased this directly from the ThirtyBees site. https://store.thirtybees.com/shop-modules/shipping/localized-shipping Can't seem to get it to work. I want to set up a flat rate shipping, per "group" of postal codes. L8B to L8J for example is all $10 L9N to L9R would be $12 all I'm seeing are Free Shipping options and no where to really do much with it. I also assumed it would automatically set up a carrier section for me for it. Am i going to have to manually set up a carrier for each and every postal code? EDIT: I'm not amused with this module. It's not quite what I was expecting it to do. Anyone know if a refund is possible? NOTHING shows up when i enter a new option.
  4. Is there anyway to disable the need for shipping? I'm dealing with a digital item that's generated and sent outside of thirty bees so I'd love to not need to select shipping or even have my customers enter a shipping address.
  5. Hey, After some sales i did face issue, or not issue but its always taking time to write emails to clients with package tracking code. So i cant find any way at dashboard to just paste the tracking code and press "send". Im missing something, or is this feature something what is not coded to TB?

Hello, I am working on a website that has encountered an issue after upgrading from 1.0.8 to 1.1.0. the /quick-order checkout has started to malfunction, when it comes to the shipping carrier block and the quick pay block. When a customer changes the carrier radio selection, the carrier and quick pay block starts to refresh continuously, which is only solved by refreshing the page. Do you have any clues on what could be causing this? And what steps would you recommend me to take in order to debug this issue? Please see the attached screenshot of the issue. Thanks.
  7. Hi, The vast bulk of the shipping seems based on dimensions and weight, apart from one very useful option in Catalog/Products called "Additional shipping fees (for a single item)". I don't want to enter all product dimensions and weights and I don't want them to be a factor in delivery costs either. The expansion would be to add the price for multiples of that product. For example Delivery Charge for one widget under the "Additional shipping fees (for a single item) " is say $5 Then I should be able to enter in the price for different amounts ie 2 x widgets is $7.50, 3 x widgets is $9 etc etc. I realise that this will not work so well when combining different products into one parcel. If I want to do that, I need to do things by weights and measures.
  8. Currently the available shipping types can be limited by the total weight of the items in the cart. I would like to add the ability to also limit the available shipping types by the total value of the items in the cart. So, for example: Shipping Type 1: Max 2kg, Max Cart Value $50 Shipping Type 2: Max 2kg, Max Cart Value $100 Shipping Type 3: Max 30kg, No Upper Value Limit (or an unrealistically high limit, say $20k) Does anyone know how to add this functionality, or perhaps know of an existing (& compatible) PS 1.6 module that does this? All help appreciated!
  9. Hello, I cant get permanently rid of Free Shipping. I cant launch my site until its sorted. Ive tried a lot of testing nothing seems to work. I have a delivery charge listed in "Additional shipping fees (for a single item)" in the product menu that I want the delivery charge to be.  Under Shipping/ Carriers Free Shipping is No as is Handling. No matter what I do, the cart always shows free delivery
