Partial refund requires a quantity - shouldn't be mandatory



  • I’m issuing a partial refund to a customer. The system is asking me to enter the quantity returned. I don’t think this should be mandatory. For example, goods might get damaged during shipping but the customer still wants to keep them in exchange for a discount.
