Where to edit error messages?

I just changed the password requirements for my store. When a password is entered incorrectly the message
"There is 1 error
passwd is invalid.
Is displayed at the top of the page. I would like to change this message… where would I edit this?

Localization | Translations: select ‘Error Message Translations’ for the ‘type’ and select your language then click on ‘Modify’. Search for the message you want to change, edit and save it.
