index.php file - manually?

  • Hello Devs

I see that professional modules all have an index.php file. I think it’s for protecting directory view by users, right? Am I right, that I have to add this manually to my module?

If yes, isn’t it possible that TB adds this file, automatically?

    Regards
    Emanuel

  • Yes many modules are packed with an index.php file in every directory for incorrectly configured webservers. It just adds an additional layer of security.

  • Not sure if we can automate that in thirty bees. It’s not a good idea to add a file to a folder without knowing the context.

  • Ok… no problem, thanks for your answer meastro!
