Hola Gabi, jo que bien que me lo comentas, porque estoy vuelta loca, que si achacando al servidor y ahora con esto me confirmas que puede ser un error del cms, si logramos saber que es lo que pasa te comento vale? Saludos

Hola! Les comento a ver si me pueden ayudar, no recibo los emails de nuevos pedidos en mi tienda no se si tenga algo que ver pero tampoco se graban los mensajes que los clientes dejan en el apartado de mensaje cuando realizan un pedido, (he visto que al cliente si le aparecen en el email de pedido que recibe). Ya he cambiado las cuentas de email en el módulo mail alerts y nada no recibo nada. Adjunto captura de pantalla de como lo tengo configurado ¿No se si me explicado bien y si alguien le ha pasado?
