How to Move blockcontact and add text on nav menu ?

Hi, I wish to move the contact block completely to the left of the navbar and I would also like to add text in this bar, but I did not find how to do it.

In css file give navbar ul width of 100%. This will move all links to the left Then give float:right; to every li you wanna move to the right.
