ERR_SPDY_INADEQUATE_TRANSPORT_SECURITY

Today, there have been a serious number of domains affected by the error " ERR_SPDY_INADEQUATE_TRANSPORT_SECURITY " due to Google's Chrome. This site, "thirtyBees" was hard to access using Chrome, but was able to make it with FireFox.

The full error is:

• This site can’t be reached
  The webpage at https://forum.thirtybees.com/index.php?app=core&module=system&controller=register
  do=validate&vid=a37bc36eaabf8c48469e9cad05c790bd&mid=979 might be temporarily down or it may have moved permanently to a new web address.

It also applies to the root.

I already searched it out and even Googled it too. It's a Chrome thing and Windows Server or, Google and Microsoft poking each other.
