Module upgrade - "viewed products block" message displays after upgrade

I don't know if this is a bug, but I upgraded the "viewed products block" module and it still displays viewed products block upgrade available including after the browser has been closed and restarted.

The feed might just be stuck, what version is it reading now, in the module's info?

It's version 1.3.1 and it still shows there's an upgrade for it:

The following module(s) were upgraded successfully: Viewed products block : Current version: 1.3.1
