Block Best Sellers and Block New Products

Hello, I'm having a problem on both Block Best Sellers and Block New Products. In the first one there're always the same products, despite I'm selling an higher number of other products. In the second one there are older products loaded by csv with 2018 dates. New products manually added finish at the bottom of the new products list. No cache is active.

Can you help me?

Anyone have noticed some changes in block best sellers on front-end? Are there appearing the same really best sold?

Now I can answer myself:

1- until you don't change order status, best sellers remain the same.

2- If you set a Product creation date in csv upload, you can't overwrite it.
