Creating multiple variables for a product

For example - shoe "size" and shoe "color" as selection option.

Please forgive if this is common knowledge; I have searched the forum here and did not find anything specifically regarding "size" option. I suspect it could be a lack of terminology on my part.

Any help or direction would be greatly appreciated.

Ok.. quick update - I have successfully added, completed the steps you mentioned. What I was not understanding (Until I just tried it) was how to get 2 unique and separate qualifiers (colors and size). I was looking for a place to add a new variable - turns out you just add it in the same place as the first variable and thirty Bs sorts them automatically. Awesome. Thank you again!
