JMS Themes "Can't copy configuration file"

Hi guys - firstly I love the speed of the thirty bees platform and the extra features - this is what I wanted when I went with Prestashop but never got. You guys rock. Thank You. My issue is that I cannot install my JMS auto theme into thirty bees - I get a "Cant copy configuration file" error - apparently it has some thing to do with an xml configuration. Can anyone assist please.

Hi, Rickman. Are you copying the theme's files from the FTP or from the .zip file provided by the theme developer?
