Import multiple subcategories at once?

Hello fellow TB users!

I am struggling with something wchih I think should be simple as that. 

I need to import multiple subcategories to category- name of this category isn't unique in import file we are not able to specify parent ID so how to do it? 

 

example/explanation:

 

Main cat [id 992]

--some subcategory [id 993]

---some other category deeper [id 996]

----need add multiple subcategories here as child of [id 996]

 

Please help me to understand how to do it with csv or SQL query maybe? Is it even possible with csv ?
