Images in image slider distored

Hi everyone,

I am new to thirtybees and like the abundance of extras that come with it.  I just uploaded my first shop and was changing the image slider pics on the homepage.   I replaced the first image with one of mine and it was too big so I downsized the image and now the images are stretched out to the larger size.  Is there someplace that you can control the image size for the slider.
