Export Form Sql

Hi,

I need a report with these columns (Invoice Number, VAT (WKO) Number, Company Name, Street, Country Code, Postcode, City, Invoice Date, VAT20 Amount, VAT20 (20), VAT10 Amount, VAT10 (10), VAT0 Amount, VAT0 (0), Total Amount incl. VAT, Company Number), but I have a problem finding the VAT numbers, can anyone have any idea where these are stored?
