Fresh install | Database populate error

I'm dumb but I can't get past this? On inmotion shared business hosting.

Database connects fine. I believe permissions are fine Database user permissions are definitely correct.

Would install via softaculous but they apparently removed the script, even though they say they didn't.

Any idea where I begin to fix?

Hi! I have the same problem when I try to install PS 1.7 on PHP 7.1. But on PHP 7.0 install was finished successfully.

I identifyed the problem with same error of this, but in my case crash in create default shop and language. In my case when I try install with other prefix of tables dont tb_ result in crash, when I install with prefix tb_ installation work great.

Try install selection other prefix to tables per example shop_ (Test in localhost)
