@mdekker Yeah, I migrated from Prestashop to TB 1.0.0, had the issue, fixed it, then upgraded to 1.0.3 and the issue came back. I think the geoip file location was different this time though.

Hi, I've had this same problem and my host says they can't make any changes to the server. I've bodged my way around it by renaming the offending functions in the geoip.inc file and the site is now working. Would be good if there was a proper fix for this though. Would it be a matter of checking if geoip was already enabled?
