  1. I Uninstalled the Module and Installed it again. If i click now the Buy Button in the FrontEnd i get a White Screen with a message:

    Fehler - Die folgende E-Mail-Vorlage ist nicht vorhanden: /my/path/prestashop/modules/mailalerts/mails/en/new_order.txt

    Check what Michael said. In BO, Advanced parameters -> Email you will see a log of all out going emails. Check by the time and date and see if the email was sent to you (you should see your email in the recipient column). If you do see a row with you email as recipient and a template ‘new_order’ than the system did sent the email to you, and it was probably got lost/blocked in your email server.

    I only see the the line with the new_order to my Shop Mail before MIgration to TB from PS.

    I tried it with a Test Order and recieved as Customer the confirmation, but nothing goes to my Shop Email.

  3. Thank you guys for your Help. It was very helpful to read the same Sentence in German to be sure that i understand what he wanted to say. Im sorry that a translated version under the English one makes so much trouble. I will open 2 Threads next time. Habe das Thema selber Lösen können und zwar bin ich auf ->Lokalisierung->Übersetzungen gegangen und habe dort unter Sprache hinzufügen / aktualisieren die Deutsche Sprache durch Klick auf den Button Sprache hinzufügen / aktualisieren, aktualisiert und siehe da... alles wieder so wie es sein soll.

    The topic itself can be highlighted as solved. I was able to solve it on my on.

    Go to -> localization-> translations Then under -language add / update- I selected the German language and by clicking on the button -language add / update-, it updated itself and tadaaaa... everything again is as it should be.

However even I set not to display for a certain carrier, it will still be displayed. Furthermore the payment image is messed up in that the same image will be shown for the 2 different payment methods when doing checkout. Not sure if this is a known issue.

    Yes i have that Error on my Site too. Im using 2 different Images but it shows 1 Image on both Payment methods. Same with the Description :hushed:

  6. To ensure that the error was not caused by your browser, clear your cache and delete your cookies or try another browser. If you have emptied your cache without the website building without the error, you should wait and try again after a few minutes. If the error persists after several hours, you can contact the server admin. In most cases under the error is an e-mail address under which you can reach the admin.
