There I was again.
I now have the new webshop up and running. There is now 1 problem: the images in the back office are not visible. See attachment what I see. Could it have to do with rights? They are simply visible in the webshop.
Hopefully you can help me.

I'll try to give you help so let be clear that if you have ONE server and you host one website on it (I am not talking about domains) you can activate the multishop feature and then share the stock or not between instances.
If you have 2 serveurs with 2 different websites.. you'll need to update DATABASE directly with a cron task from one DB to another one or use other techniques like Web API request for stocks update.. or jsut for confirmation before validating the cart.. anyway it is not a native function at all .. when you hjave 2 DBs.. you need a bridge between them if you wan to connect datas.
On a more serious way you may have already en ERP that manage your stock and customers, or maybe some sort of P.I.M (Google it if you don't know), if it's the case then you'll have to synch the stock on each TB instance with a script that can connect to your software where the REAL stock is.. some uses CSV or Excel files for that purpose.. many ways are possible.
It are 2 different servers...and this is too difficult for me haha. I think I'm going to merge the shops and stop with the first one. That is easier.

I'm developing another webshop. It will be a petshop. my first shop is a reptileshop. now I want to use at the petshop the stock from the reptileshop. That must be possible with multistore but I can't find a good manual to do this. Googled it and YouTube.

There is a problem with my website. In the htaccess, something is placed every time to redirect the alias at the cpanel. To a .jpg file. Therefore I get a 404 page every time. Our hoster knows it's because of the .htaccess but I can't restore a backup because with every backup he automatically makes the redirect. Do you have an idea how to solve this? It suddenly came this morning without me doing anything.

I do not know if it was the update from 1.08 to 1.10 that I recently did, but many e-mails that the web store makes itself no longer reach the customers. For example, an email that is sent when you set the status to sent. It is classified as spam and therefore comes back.
What can this be and how do I solve it?

I don't have this problem on the tablet and only the laptop with firefox it seems.

If I want to change products in the backoffice, the buttons save and stay and save remain light gray and keep loading. So I cannot change products at the moment. This started after I worked on a template but it didn't go well. Had restored a backup and now it does this.
How can I solve this?

Today I installed the panda template on my webshop. Now the mobile is really not good.
Is there a template that I can install next to Panda so that mobile users can see it and the normal template on desktop / tablet?

Yes still get free shipping. It has to do with the freebie i give them at €75,- i think.

Hi,
When I send an order, I count per kilogram. At a certain weight the shipping costs are increased. They also receive a gift at € 75. So if they come to that € 75, - they get free shipping whatever the weight is. That is not good. The customer simply has to pay the higher shipping costs.
How can I solve this?
