Thanks for your reply. The problem is (sadly) a bit more complex. The templates are correct, also the translations of the templates. Everything goes fine, but only in specific situations the wrong email is send or other things happen:
When a customer cancels payment for an order, the wrong email is send, not 'paymenterror', but 'orderconf'.
When a customer orders a virtual product and cancels payment, see point 1, also the customer gets email with download link... (Customer should have received 'payment error' mail and no email with download link).
Anybody any idea how to fix or where to look?
