Sorry but maybe I am not explaining myself correctly, I still have that problem when I enable the module and click on configure.

@lesley and how about the Update Module that give s me that error?

So I guess that the Customer Referral Module had a general error; meaning its not only me? However, I am still stuck with the Update Module that gives me the "internal Server Error" with no error message in the log. @lesleyis this something like I had before, were you fix the code in the tbupdater module ?

Datakick, thank you for your explanation. So what can I do or what needs to be done from the server (or mysql) point of view to avoid this. Or is it a TB problem? And you are right I tried to get into the admin login and front office and it worked. So it is an intermittent problem.

Thank you for your replies. Right after the error I closed the browser, deleted the history and tried to open the admin login and front store again. I got the same error. So I went and tried to open the admin login on my second installation I still have on the same server. There I was able to get in with no problem. So is this still pointing to the server? I hope it is...

This is now the second time this happened. No access to the store or back office. After changing a price in the products, I got this error. This has nothing to do with the server as I have a second installed TB and that works fine. The first time it happened i just deleted everything and started from beginning. But now I am wondering if TB is stable or not; if it is a platform to go live? They do a great job and there is everything in TB to have a great base for a eCommerce store. But the most important thing is really a bug free and stable platform. I hope that somebody has an answer to this and its simple. Thank you in advance

Lesley did a great work to get the bug resolved. So now I am able to get into the Modules and Services. Traumflug, thank you for your reply. I did that a couple of days ago. But I am not sure what and where I should see something. Hope you can point me to the right spot. I think that something or a file is missing, but that in 4 different installations? that's kind of awkward.

That's the bad part: I don't get any error in the server error log (its empty) I don't get any error inside the log of the admin panel. I know it is not easy without any error message.

Installed today prestashop 1.6.1.23 Everything works fine. No internal error when I go to Advanced Parameters => Performance; also the Modules and Services and Payments As I think that thirty bees is based on that version I tried that, so far so good. Would be nice to get some help why thirty bees is not working for me. Any help is much appreciated as I like thirty bees much better.

Did a 4. installation with another FTP Client a new download from thirty bees homepage. Same result! As soon I try to go into Advanced Parameters => Performance, Modules and Services and Payments, I got a internal Error. No entry in the Admin log or Server log. This is very frustrating! Today going back to the BO of the thirty bees homepage, I was suddenly able to go into the Advanced Parameters => Performance; also the Modules and Services and Payments. I am wondering if they had a problem with the demo BO and if so what changes did they do.

I got Internal Server Error in the BO when clicking on Advanced Parameters => Performance; also when trying to go to Modules and Services and Payments. This is a fresh install and I have not changed anything. Now the weird thing is that in the BO Demo Page of thirty bees I got the same error???? Please help, I really like this platform but with this errors I can't used it.
