Error when viewing a PDF invoice

I get the following error, actually a page full of it, when I try to view an invoice as a pdf as a customer. (Home>My Account>Order History) In 1.0.3 it works fine...

It seems to work on my virgin, latest source, site. So it has something to do with my theme, or a module, not sure. I'll get back to ya...

I guess the site is supposed to create the translations/en folder, and all the files in it. For some reason one of my sites didn't do that, but the other did, so I took the files from it, and it works now. hmmm
