Product & Combinations import.csv error - does not show combinations

I created my products and combinations spreadsheet with the help of someone who knows what he is doing! :)

I'm only working with three products to fine-tune the spreadsheet and make sure everything works before adding several more products.

1. Imported products and it was successful. Reindexed. Cleared Cache.
2. Imported combinations and it was successful. Reindexed. Cleared Cache.

On the home page single products show up and work fine, but clicking on the combo tee-shirt, goes here:

page not available: PLEASE NOTICE the double forward slash in between .com and dog-t-shirt: I don't know where it's coming from or how to fix it.

This is a critical bug that is reported the 20 Feb. It misses a category between the slashes/ I would report it again because it is slightly different
