It is difficult to say about the module of your link. I had tried it once and it did not meet my wishes / expectations.

Since I'm a fan of the tool: Depending on the desired settings, etc., you can also use the Prestools tool to wonderfully export products via csv, edit and if necessary upload changes normally via the CSV import of the shop.

before exporting the CSV you can also choose whether comma or semicolon separated. Although the tool has a few small restrictions, these can be purchased as plugins if needed. It has helped me in many situations to facilitate the work.

The module from @datakick also seems to be very cool, but we've already gotten used to the fact that it's enough for us. With the Datakick module you can test for 14 days or so.

I have experiment with the Datakick module, I think, when my shop are final ready, all the products and combinations added, I go for the module and customise them to my needs to update the supplier data via XML, with a little help from Petr.
