CSV import with PDF attachment

For some weeks I have been trying to customize my shop with the CSV import according to a manual from the PS forum. Unfortunately, I have no success here.

If I get the data by CSV from the wholesaler or download, I would like to use the import data sheets from the CSV and import this without me before this on my server. In the same way as when importing images with the URL. So far, I had no success with the adjustments. For example, with 150 new articles per month, I would always have to save the PDF on the server, which takes a lot of time.

I hope that someone can help me further or that this option is integrated as adapted code into the core of the system.
