Theme Color not changing

I have a clean install of TB 1.0.4

For some reason, I cannot get the Theme Configurator to do as I wish.

I can change the font, no problem.

But selecting the different THEME COLOR options has no effect.

Could I have missed something in the setup?

are you clearing cache and/or turned off any form

Thank you. I have no idea why, but it started working. It may have been related to the cache settings, or the fact that I am trying to set up multi-store functions.
