suggestion - duplicate/clone backend entries

Examples:

You want to clone/duplicate a PUT-SOMETHING-HERE*, every time you have to create a new one and configure it from zero even though 90% of the times you need to change only a little thing.

*PUT-SOMETHING-HERE: Carrier Cart rule Customer Order etc

Okay for duplicate cart rule. I think for carrier, order, and customer are not necessary.
