Setting Currency based on Customer Group

I am trying to come up with a way to set the Currency based on what Customer Group a customer belongs too. This is a closed B2B site where we handle registration ourselves so there will not be any customers not assigned to a customer group.

I'm trying to find the part of the code that sets the currency, then within that do a check on which Customer Group and assign that way.

Having trouble finding where the currency is set in the code, is this set in multiple place or just once on login?
