Pagination query string problem in Search Console

I have been seeing this for a while. I cannot find it in a Screaming Frog Crawl, sitemaps, or searching the page source. Some how Google is finding it. Some links look like the one below:

If I could find where the link is on my site I could do a better job of diagnosing the problem. Any ideas?
