a client of mine recently purchased and installed a new theme, but now when a user submits a contact form, they're redirected to a 404 page. The form actually does submit and I get the email, but the confirmation page is 'missing' (the url it tries to reach is: index.php?controller=contact-confirmation ). Could anyone share some pointers on how I can go about fixing this? I've tried looking into the ContactController, but don't see the redirection happening there. Any help would be appreciated.
