Switch for conditions display on product page

I added a switch in product preferences to suppress the condition display on product page for all those shops who don't need it because they offer just new products. Feel free to use these changes: Switch off conditions

You can do this alternatively in BO for every single product, but this would demand changes (or overrides) of several files and two database tables.
