Can tb be configured to charge sales tax on shipping charges?

I have been unable to figure out how to make thirty bees charge sales tax on shipping charges, so I am losing money on every sale when I add it up properly after an online sale has closed in NY State. Can tb be configured to charge sales tax on shipping charges? Thanks for any assistance. If it cannot I will have to abandon the product.

Yes. It's to do with your tax rules. It's been a few years since I messed with it, but it works correctly on our store.
