Error creating database tables during installation (1.2 & 1.3)

Hi there

I'm trying to install TB on a VPS and I'm hitting this error screen during installation. I've made sure the php.ini settings are what's required/recommended. See attached for error screen. I've installed and been using thirty bees on my old web shared web host with no real issues.

I'm back to answer my own question again in case it's helpful to anyone in the future.

I was able to see the actual error by checking error_log in the Thirty Bees install directory. PHP Fatal error:  Allowed memory size of 33554432 bytes exhausted

The php memory limit was set to 128M - but after running phpinfo() on the server, it showed that globally it was 128M, but locally it was set to 32M. Editing the memory_limit in php.ini via CPanel to 128M fixed the issue.
