Can't edit existing or upload new products after Update to 1.0.2

Hello, I need some help. Days ago, I've update TB to 1.0.2. Previously, everything was OK. After update, I can't edit existing or upload new products becouse buttons save and save and stay are in circle, and can't click. It may be bug in back office, becouse I'ts run slowly.

Any idea or help to fix this?

I have the same problem, if tax is turn off.

I've tryed now to enable TAX, and everything seems OK. But I don't want to use a TAX. It's important to me. How can I fix this problem, when TAX is disabled?
