Cannot create an order (BO)

Hello,

I am having issues with creating an issue with the BO->Orders->Create Order. I am trying to create orders within the BO for customers and then it shows shipping not available for this item. 

First it shows, No carrier can be applied to this order,

Also, it will not allow me to create the order as seen on the bottom.

In Customer checkout, it only shows the "Accept Terms" and no shipping options.

I have viewed the shipping options for the item, shipping options in localization, im lost. Still in development of site and learning the BO settings.

forgot to add the FO Section

I fixed it by double checking that the warehouse that the product is associated with was also associated with the shipping company.
