We are running Thirtybees 1.6.0 and were informed by our webhost (Siteground) that they are updating all servers to MySQL 8 with no opt-out possible. I know that the official Requirements page (https://thirtybees.com/download/) says that MySQL 8.x is not supported, but I did find some forum posts mentioning that it does work with MySQL 8.
Is there anyone who is currently running Thirtybees 1.6.0 with MySQL 8, or knows more about compatibility or how we could test this?
