Could we change the order number to a real NUMBER and not the default letters?

This has been an issue in the prestashop forums many times and several solutions have been posted to change the default order letters to order numbers. It would be great if thirtybees could incorporate this in the core files https://www.prestashop.com/forums/topic/518497-change-the-order-reference-to-number-reference/

I have never understood why the prestashop order reference is in letters. This is so unhandy and unusual, isn't it?
