  1. Hello,

I read an article https://thirtybees.com/developer-blog/creating-google-analytics-goals/#disqus_thread @lesley wrote info how to create a goals.

In my case I don't see goals template. Do you know hot to get it?

Is anyone was using a tag manager and TB or Presta? I am looking to read and save all activities, to see which product people view, which one are clicked to add to card but there is no order. Especially I would like to track guests.

@lesley or someone from TB community if you could to tell more about goals or how to set up goals, data layer for tag manager I would be appreciated.

    Thank you in advance.

  2. Thank you @dynambee for info. I have found a payoneer which provide a Japanese bank account but only accept payments from companies.

There is transferwise which give GBP, USD, EUR account also for transfers from private customers (non-companies).

It is easy way to open bank acount. I am wondering is it something for other countries and if you have any experience. Is it worth or not, I am going to test it.

@dynambee are you from Japan and you live there since w while?

  3. You can use CDN to parallel connection, using subdomains, but you need a separate SSL, or buy a wildcard ssl. There are many solution which works with SSL e.g cloudfront from Amazon AWS. Which have a free tier for 12 months. If you know how you can use it with SSL with no problems.

Like @lesley told sometimes you need to optimize a shop to see results.

  4. I am wondering what you are using.

I am using Stripe, Paypal, bankwire, Skrill. Customers: USA, UK, Canada, Germany, France, other countries. I am wondering if there are better more popular options/alternatives for Stripe, Paypal?

If anyone have experiences about what is the most popular type of payments for France, Japan, Switzerland, Nordic countries?

Why I am asking? Everyone live in different countries and know his country, what people are used to, which option for payments prefer, so we can share this knowledge here for better understanding of markets.

  5. Hi Mike,

I don't know about the Poland how it looks. I have UK account and we use stripe for worldwide payments.

Some info and history: Regards Poland p24 are instant payments (direct from bank account, this ones which are introducing now in Germany and Netherlands) one of the biggest provider. In Poland instants payments are from around 2000. P24 are from 11years. I am not sure if p24 is the cheapest provider, because in Polish market there are many providers of instant payments. I believe that there is no extra charges as they have agreement with stripe. Because Poland was in the end of banking system at the moment Poland have one of the newest banking solutions in the world. I don't know whole world but can compare with banks in UK, DE which I know and I was using it. In Poland 90% or more people pay via direct instant payments then via credit/debit cards or let's say if they can choose pay by instant they will pay by instant payment. This is for online payments. I am talking for customers not for companies. In shops people pay via cards usually touch less cards >> https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Proximity_card

This is some info, every country have different and people are used to this or that payments methods.

Adding this payments definitely will open a market for Polish merchants and customers.

  6. I would be nice if you could add new feature to stripe module for sending info about failed transactions to customer.

We have noticed a failed translation with Stripe.

    Your error was: xxx

Please try again to use Stripe or any other alternative payment method.

  7. Hello,

I have noticed that stripe did not update statuses of some payments. e.g via German payments methods e.g Sofort Banking. Some take some time.

To use it it need to be configured webhooks.

Is there any docs/info how to do that?

In module there is a link: https://www.yourshop.com/module/stripe/hook Is it correct? Modules or modules?

Webhooks can be add here: https://dashboard.stripe.com/account/webhooks

    add link

    more info: https://stripe.com/docs/webhooks

Which type of events should be selected?

  8. This is not what I mean.

    There is no data layred.

There is no tracking every single click. It is possible to do that via tag manager and then using google Analytics.

    You can track e.g.

Guest - someone who is not registered Customer - someone who is registered and logged

When guest click to add a product you see that. You can see which product and where has been clicked, where customer exit the shop.

You can then check if there are any problem with some group of customers, OS, or devices. (e.g there is new browser and there is some problem with shop).

You can then watch customers using e.g https://metrica.yandex.com/ to find a problem and fix them.

The same you can do with customers, see what customer add to card and when customer exit, leave the card. Then watch and determine what is the problem and what need to be fixed.

  9. @dprophitjr does hotjar work with log in users

for my experience you can not set up funnel as there is no visible URL that you can add it to hot jar.

2nd this is that it does not support log in users, so all videos will be cut during customer log in

Other "apps" would be the same I believe. there will no all data

    1. Thing is that with 3d secure stripe do not send emaila and customer details to stripe, so on Stripe dashboard >payments you do not see emails and other details. Without 3d secure emails are visible.

There is same things with other payments like iDeal

    1. Other thing is the status for accepted payments.

On module, BO>modules>stripe I have selected status: Payment accepted status for OK payments.

but in BO>orders tab I see new order with status: Credit Card

but when I will click on single order the status is OK :Payment accepted

  10. Hi Bees please let me know if you have tested payments by debit cards and 3d secure option on module side.

In my case, my Visa electron support 3d secure, but I did not enabled it on bank side. I have just on 3d secure on module stripe.

Now when I have made a test order I have no data on stripe website in the dashboard. I see new payment but I don’t see type card and email.

    Source details

ID: src1AVxxxxxvUj1TztFdxWEEWlhe Type: threedsecure Flow: redirect Status: consumed Usage: singleuse Date: 2017/05/25 21:02:43

    Redirect details

    Status: succeeded

    3DSecure details

    Authenticated: true

    Card: src_1AVxxxxxvUj1TztFdxWEEWlhe

in no 3d secure I had:

    Card

    Origin: France CVC check: Passed

    ID: card_1ANLGxxxxxxxxxhN8XN Name: xxxxxxx@hotmail.fr Number: ···· 0058 Fingerprint: szxxxxxxxxx26thF Expires: 3 / 2020 Type: MasterCard credit card

    Connections

    Customer: cus_Axxxxxxx9fHD — xxxxxxxl@hotmail.fr

Do you have the same results?

    2. In presta “official” module I saw option 3d off 3d on 3d if it is enabled on card e.g by default 3d secure is enabled on Maestro debit cards.

  11. In thirtybees itself.

There are stats now with many not used stats. Normally presta or bees record a lot of connection and it does not make nothing useful with that.

There is no funnel option where you can see e.g

How many users come your store. From which url or/and keywords users came.

Then how many users will click on: a) product b) category page c)contact etc.

How many people click on register or add to card and placed iten to basket. How many register or are return customer How many stop on which step during the order at this step.

Compare months or years and see what is going on the business.

Have info and analize from this website people exit on this step. or general people exit in step two etc.

You can have a look and correct step, make more easy -UX and add some small things like extra info or help.

Google Analitics give you some info but it is only for last 6months and there is limited.
