This is not what I mean. There is no data layred. There is no tracking every single click. It is possible to do that via tag manager and then using google Analytics. You can track e.g. Guest - someone who is not registered Customer - someone who is registered and logged When guest click to add a product you see that. You can see which product and where has been clicked, where customer exit the shop. You can then check if there are any problem with some group of customers, OS, or devices. (e.g there is new browser and there is some problem with shop). You can then watch customers using e.g https://metrica.yandex.com/ to find a problem and fix them. The same you can do with customers, see what customer add to card and when customer exit, leave the card. Then watch and determine what is the problem and what need to be fixed.

more over there is no option to track more efficient e.g exclude free stuff and see only customers who add paid products or see only who made some action add to card, go to basket etc.

@dprophitjr does hotjar work with log in users for my experience you can not set up funnel as there is no visible URL that you can add it to hot jar. 2nd this is that it does not support log in users, so all videos will be cut during customer log in Other "apps" would be the same I believe. there will no all data

Thing is that with 3d secure stripe do not send emaila and customer details to stripe, so on Stripe dashboard >payments you do not see emails and other details. Without 3d secure emails are visible. There is same things with other payments like iDeal

Other thing is the status for accepted payments. On module, BO>modules>stripe I have selected status: Payment accepted status for OK payments. but in BO>orders tab I see new order with status: Credit Card but when I will click on single order the status is OK :Payment accepted

In thirtybees itself. There are stats now with many not used stats. Normally presta or bees record a lot of connection and it does not make nothing useful with that. There is no funnel option where you can see e.g How many users come your store. From which url or/and keywords users came. Then how many users will click on: a) product b) category page c)contact etc. How many people click on register or add to card and placed iten to basket. How many register or are return customer How many stop on which step during the order at this step. Compare months or years and see what is going on the business. Have info and analize from this website people exit on this step. or general people exit in step two etc. You can have a look and correct step, make more easy -UX and add some small things like extra info or help. Google Analitics give you some info but it is only for last 6months and there is limited.

@mdekker is Braintree is better then Stripe? it seems cost more 1.4% + 20p for European cards. UK 2.9% + 20p for non-European cards. 1.4% + €0.25 for European cards. DE 2.9% + €0.25 for non-European cards. 2.9% + 30¢ per successful card charge USA I am thinking if it would be possible to get a better price for our community. If we would collect all members who use Stripe and contact them and ask if they can give us (Bees) better price. What do you think about this idea? I can contact with them if we will find a number of users.

I have some improvements to paypal. Where I can put my experiences? I have noticed that very often Paypal block payments by card (debit, credit). It is not blocked by limits on customer side (eg. daily limits) but only by Paypal. I have got info from Paypal that they block a payment when customer is using multiple times payment by card and don't want to open a paypal account. I am talking about situation where cust have only card, not a Paypal account and connected a card there. I did not test Bees module but on Prestashop there was a poor error handling. No info to customer what he should do next, e.g try again or use other payment method. Sometimes on Paypal when customer have two cards 1 expired and 2nd new, Paypal use 1st card and there is an error, when customer use it 2nd time (second try to purchase) the payment will be OK. I have tested it many times. I can provide you more info error codes if you want to implement it.

In which country is the easiest way to open a bank account? @MockoB you can use your company. After about 100k € you need register a VAT in Germany. VAT not company. This is no necessary to register company there. German address would be helpful to increase a sales and trust. @wakabayashi What is TB? Which payment methods are popular in Switzerland?
