  1. I have no idea what's the point of this, but You can do thing like this with customer group. So they can't see anything. When customer creates account then it's default in group "Customer" and You can set that this group can't see anything. Then You can move this customer to another group which have different access. At least I hope this can work. Of course, first You need to make this another group where You can move customer. This will work with not products, but categories.

  2. I don't understand why is there need to create user via MyAdmin ? This is some kind of joke or what's the point of this ? And maybe I'm wrong but there is no actual password in database, there is checksum which is combined from password. Password is only the name of this cell or row. For me it looks like dentistry through the butthole.

    If I look my log files then I see about 1000 request per day where someone is trying to insert something in database. Some day more, some day less. I even banned some IP ranges based on country. There was also pretty quiet time when some years ago OHV server farm burn out. There are groups in FB where constantly can read about "help my shop is hacked" or something similar. If this hasn't happened to You, be happy.

    Are these modules bounded with one installation ? So You can't use these in another installation ? If yes is there any way to cancel current one and start new one ?

    I just talk with them. They have strict rules about patch and upgrade. These are done inside week and never even on Friday. Last patch was done week ago. My problems started on Sunday, so this TB1.5 was working with patches almost week. But error is still present and I can't find anything in log files and this TB 1.5 is test site. I was trying to import CSV files, there are something like 10 000+ products. So I try from zero. If error is gone then it was probably something with databases, they're too big or there is something that is not accepted. I will not destroy current thing, just making new one.

  6. Now my TB1.5 stopped working. When open Products then after some time You get info that not all tabs are loaded and try again or contact Your server admin. I tried "cache cleaning", browser cookie cleaning, log off-log on and different types of cache settings. So far zero results. I haven't changed anything on my host side. Any ideas ?

  7. I can't replicate this error anymore. I truncated tables "feature" and "feature_lang." But I still can't import value "Public name" There is no error but also this value will not present. Second problem for me is that there are some characters that are forbidden. But differently, and depends what You are importing. This character (slash - /) can exist in CSV file when dealing with category. But it is forbidden when dealing with products.

  8. There's field "Property Feature" where You can put different data about product. This is not working. When importing then data validating is done with no errors, but when importing start after validation then I got error "Property Feature->public_name is empty"  This exact field was for different data before. Is this error related to checking ? I mean  is there possibility that only filed name is changed, but checking method for this field was not touched ?

  9. Is there any way that new business client registration can be normal process ? At the moment teher is "Clien name" where You can put company data also. And then there is "Client address" where You can put all this again. I have no idea why there was need for this, but can this all be done in one place ?

  10. I tried PS 1.7 And yes this is very good platform ... for these who just want to pay for every "so called" module which in some miracle reason are already present in TB. But this was long long time ago, maybe now there are some changes. The most annoying part was with translation. I couldn't find possibility to export all existing translations and then after some modification import these to a new version. So for me this was extremely useless thing.

  11. So You think that customer with no delivery address only get this error ? If so then this is MUST BE result. Otherwise how the hell should system know where this product must go ? So test this  again. If missing delivery address is cause then quickest way is simply change the error message what is shown to client and put there demand to enter delivery address or something like this.

  12. Some conditions must be met for this error to occur. Can You check all parameters ? Maybe there is some changes caused by update ? Under "Shipping -> carriers" can be set options for carriers. I would start with "playing "out-of range behavior" When You put "Apply highest price ..." and carrier can deliver then check order dimensions and weight. Also You can check are there all permission available. Under products there is tab "Shipping", when using advanced warehouse then check that carrier can access to warehouse. And then it is (at least I have) BO tab "Modules and Services -> Payments.  Maybe there are more places what need to be check, but I would start with these.
