Customer support says it's admin-dev. But after going to mydomain.com/admin-dev is also not working

When I go to mydomain.com/admin it shows the page hosted at mydomain.com The main website is working. I used the default settings, what could be possible alternative for 'admin'? How can I find it out? I new to this and don't have much experience

Hello, I followed this guide using command line while checking everything is right, with cloudways support person and deployed it and the installation was successful. Now when I go to mydomain.com/admin to access backoffice it doesn't show the Admin panel like in this guide. I was told that it might be a problem with thirtybees, what am I missing?
