  1. Being in Canada, and not wanting to use PayPal, I use Moneris for my processing. Lately, people have been making orders, and then being returned to the site with nothing in their cart. The order doesn't process, but Moneris takes their money. I then have to manually process the order for them (The cart is still there on my end). It happens sporadically. I'm using a Prestashop payment module for Moneris. I've talked to the creator of it, talked to Moneris (who "says" they're investigating it - been two weeks). The creator says his module works great, he tested it, and everything is as it's supposed to. I'm not looking for help with the module... I'm wondering if anyone else has run into this issue, and how you resolved it. Thanks all.
  2. So here's the deal. I've got the test keys working perfectly. Did a couple of test orders via them. When I activate it to go live, I can't pay for anything. The option to enter a CC # is missing. When I click on the space above that (Stripe : Pay by Credit Card), it just pops me back up to the top of that page. When I click on the section where you're supposed to enter your CC#, (Pay with card) it takes me back to the address page. I've been struggling with this for two weeks. It's for a not for profit BIA, with the money raised from these items going to Food4Kids, and the site is slated to go live in a few days. I've never run into an issue like this before where the test version works, but the live version doesn't. Any suggestions?
  3. Someone from a module I purchased, has logged into my backend and set it up for me. Now when a new account is made, the site crashes on them. He's saying it has nothing to do with his module, or changes he made. But it worked before, and not after. He made a test account, and it worked fine. This makes no sense.
  4. Purchased this directly from the ThirtyBees site. https://store.thirtybees.com/shop-modules/shipping/localized-shipping Can't seem to get it to work. I want to set up a flat rate shipping, per "group" of postal codes. L8B to L8J for example is all $10 L9N to L9R would be $12 all I'm seeing are Free Shipping options and no where to really do much with it. I also assumed it would automatically set up a carrier section for me for it. Am i going to have to manually set up a carrier for each and every postal code? EDIT: I'm not amused with this module. It's not quite what I was expecting it to do. Anyone know if a refund is possible? NOTHING shows up when i enter a new option.
  5. I had a few customers mention this to me... But when they place the order, and want to come back to the site, there's a big black line along the bottom. They have to clear their cookies/cache, etc to get the site to work again. It shows up (the black bar at the bottom), when you choose the shipping option. If you attempt to go back into the site from there, you get the screen below. Has anyone heard of this issue before?

    Taxable Items

    When I first set up the site, I had the tax turned off. I guess that defaulted no tax on every single item I added, and now they won't ring up with tax unless I manually change each and every item. Is there some default way to reset the tax setting on all products listed? Basically have every product taxable again?
  7. As you can see in the image. This is what my site looks like after coming out of maintenance mode. I changed themes, same thing. I've not made any changes to the layout of the site, other than mess around with the taxes.
