You are my Hero... I took the whole mailalerts folder and smacked it over my existing folder. Now the Error is gone and my Shop Mailbox is recieving new orders again. :D You are awesome

I Uninstalled the Module and Installed it again. If i click now the Buy Button in the FrontEnd i get a White Screen with a message: Fehler - Die folgende E-Mail-Vorlage ist nicht vorhanden: /my/path/prestashop/modules/mailalerts/mails/en/new_order.txt English: Error - The following e-mail template does not exist:

If i change it to "preparation" the pdf file is ok then too.

If i change the State to "Order send" (Bestellung versandt) the PDF File is ok as it should be.

I had to put the following in the .htaccess file phpvalue memorylimit 512M phpvalue maxexecution_time 300 But now i see that the PDF Files are strange looking. They have about 16 pages. Hi Folks, if i want to create a delivery PDF File, i get the following Error message: Fatal error: Allowed memory size of 134217728 bytes exhausted (tried to allocate 72 bytes) in my/Path/prestashop/vendor/tecnickcom/tcpdf/include/tcpdf_static.php on line 1218 I already pimped my memorylimit up to 128MB in the ./htaccess with: phpvalue memory_limit 128M I hope to get a fix soon.

Log folders are empty. Thats really strange, that our Customers get their Information, but we dont get an Info about the new Order. So i have to look in the BO to see if a new Order is incoming. -.-

Im using the Community Template from TB. I installed the English Translation. Still no new_order Mail to me.

Check by the time and date and see if the email was sent to you (you should see your email in the recipient column). If you do see a row with you email as recipient and a template ‘new_order’ than the system did sent the email to you, and it was probably got lost/blocked in your email server. I only see the the line with the new_order to my Shop Mail before MIgration to TB from PS. I tried it with a Test Order and recieved as Customer the confirmation, but nothing goes to my Shop Email.

The Customer gets his orderconf but i dont get them. Before the Migration i was getting the neworder Mail to my Email but now its no new_order log to my Mail

I used Mail Alerts in PrestaShop too and it was working there but yes.

I can recieve such Emails. Although the Customer gets his Order Information to his Email but i dont recieve any incoming Order Mails

I installed the 30BS Mail Alerts Module to recieve a Mail after an Order was placed. But instead i get nothing. I Uninstalled it and Installed it again but its still not working. Some Hints for me would be great :)

Thank you guys for your Help. It was very helpful to read the same Sentence in German to be sure that i understand what he wanted to say. Im sorry that a translated version under the English one makes so much trouble. I will open 2 Threads next time. Habe das Thema selber Lösen können und zwar bin ich auf ->Lokalisierung->Übersetzungen gegangen und habe dort unter Sprache hinzufügen / aktualisieren die Deutsche Sprache durch Klick auf den Button Sprache hinzufügen / aktualisieren, aktualisiert und siehe da... alles wieder so wie es sein soll. The topic itself can be highlighted as solved. I was able to solve it on my on. Go to -> localization-> translations Then under -language add / update- I selected the German language and by clicking on the button -language add / update-, it updated itself and tadaaaa... everything again is as it should be.

To ensure that the error was not caused by your browser, clear your cache and delete your cookies or try another browser. If you have emptied your cache without the website building without the error, you should wait and try again after a few minutes. If the error persists after several hours, you can contact the server admin. In most cases under the error is an e-mail address under which you can reach the admin.

@zimmer-media Ich nutze das default theme von PS, welches ich modifiziert hatte, welches aber auch mit der 1.0.1 Version funktionierte. Habe es aber auch mit der TB default probiert, welches keine Lösung war. Im using the default theme of PS, which i was modifying. It was able to translate into German proper in 1.0.1 but i also tried the TB default Theme. Still the same Error.
