I cant figure out the TLS support error, how do I update to TLS and make it supported for paypal? Do you have a link to a free square pay module? Is there a module for square??? These paypal credentials it asks for aren't on my paypal business account, how do I get them??

The file exists, So what about the php settings for size? Which file do I modify to change those settings? And for download location would they also upload to that new directory in the future or do I need to move the files there everytime? I managaged to change the file upload size in the gui under settings, but not before I set the php-local.ini file. After I modified it I was allowed to save the settings in Administration -----> Preferences. I set mine to 16GB however if I wanted it to work of course it only accepts the size in M for MB not G for GB or it won't work. Convert as u see fit I converted online. Of course I had to go with all new parts and new seagate Exos 18 TB disks I have some red Plus WD in there too. One of my NVME was fricken $260 and each videocard was 550 and 400. It adds up fast but as you can imagine the performance is just insane. Especially with UNRAID 6.10.3 which I have special updatable lifetime licence available at my store for only $20 unlimited drives. I found the link in the customer account finally it was sort of hidden, but there was no link sent in the email. Is there supposed to be a link in the email too?

I'll be a sport and let everyone know how I fixed this error, I read in the forum to disable all third party modules then I was able to sign in, my theme was gone and my page was bare but I could sign in. So I re-enabled the modules and then I got a 500 error on every page, I went to update and my installation was broken. I updated to correct the issue that didn't fix it then I went to database and I applied all the recommended fixes and after that all the pages worked and I can log in and out of my customer account. However the problem still remains that I did not receive my virtual product. How do I get it? ITs properly uploaded to the store and everything and {I can see my order in the store customer portal but there is nowhere to be found any sort of download link to the product I ordered, how do I claim my test purchase?????? Where is the downloadable product? I think I looked everywhere and it should be obvious where it is after all customers need to easily find it? Where is the download hidden???? There are no links in the email!!!

Hi, after placing a test order no product was delivered using virtual product and a text document with the link, I did not receive the document I had uploaded but I received the receipt and the order confirmation email. When I tried to sign into my customer account it gives white screen nginx error and I cannot download the goods. How is the method of delivery? does it send a link or do u download it from the website once u log back in? How does it work and why isn't mine working? I found a solution. I do not support the following companies and this is not a promotion. All the services they are providing are currently free for anyone to use. It is the brutal truth that Google does not support third party less secure apps anymore, so I chose to use proton mail and that allowed me to chose my preferred email name. I get 150 free emails a day which I doubt I will exceed. Next I signed up for a free account at https://my.sendinblue.com/ and thats a SMTP server provider which is required for thirtybees to work. I could not find a way to just use my email login credentials with just Gmail or Proton mail by themselves, it failed the test and cannot connect with out a relay service. email. https://my.sendinblue.com/ allows 300 free emails a day which again I doubt I will exceed so this setup works perfectly and my password manager is becoming more and more useful lol with all these extra passwords. I am really happy my emails work now I can't wait for it to get busy, I already had 2,533 visitors in 4 days. I have 5 people online right now and usually a dozen at all times. This store was a really smart idea I had 🙂 BTW I erased all the personal data and left the connection info.

Hi, the thirtybees store is selling virtual products but on a test I did it did not send any email or deliver the product to the customers email. It does receive messages when a person messages customer service but I cannot reply to them and order delivery email does not ever get delivered. The test email function I tried and it says to check configuration but I cant find any settings where I can configure email to work. What do I need to do to make the email system work? I sell virtual products on my website https://officerat.store and right now I am using text documents with a link to nextcloud storage to deliver the digital goods to customers. The upload max size is max 8MB and I can not upload my products directly to the store and also the other issue is that the store is located in appdata 2TB NVME on my server on the cache drive and I would want to increase the upload size to 6 GB and also have the products uploaded stored on my array or on an SSD dedicated to the store only. Can I change upload size? Can I change storage location? At least size would be of big help and I could relocate my appdata to a more appropriate location for products to be stored. Is there a way to even enter a link so I don't have to upload just plain text documents with a link in the products place? I can't meter how many times they download the products unless I can upload them directly to the store.

Mabye it happened when I attempted to upgrade my theme, i tried to install panda theme and then it appeared and I have been using thirty bees a few weeks, I don't know I am not sure why. Because I did not enable the module "facebook like box speed optimized". After I uninstalled them one by one the advertisment went away on the last one. It wasn't enough to disable them, you're right I had to uninstall them to take it off my page because they were already disabled. That's what I get for trying to switch themes, my shop crashed and config.xml was not valid and I corrected the C in config.xml to be capital and I was able to reinstall Naira after I deleted it out of frustration. But Panda was a no go and I am still on the hunt for a cool theme. My store looks different since I reinstalled Naira some borders are missing and shaded boxes around the menu area and short description is not on my products anymore so I am not sure if this was just an update and this is how it looks now or my store is malconfigured. It looks like there is less detail in the store and the lettering isn't yellow anymore for add to cart its pink lol. I think mabye its normal just the update changed things. Mabye its for the better.

I am contemplating reinstalling my whole store to get rid of it but it but I have lots of store products and it would take a very long time to rewrite all my items descriptions and upload their photos again. If someone wouldn't mind checking out the store and looking at the bottom of my page I want to take off the facebook ad for prestashop support. I tried disabling the facebook and it still didn't go away.
