I just figured this out too. I need php 7.4 but I cannot find any way to downgrade my NGINX. There was one very long day I spent 12 hours and then about an hour ago I realized that thirtybees won't support PHP 8 and I turned my attention to the one store that does. I wish I had known sooner I tried everything to install it. The solution is Opencart. It supports PHP 8 and it installed on the second try. I admit I didn't get it the first time around. I had to reboot and all that stuff and delete and cleanup my mess of installations from thirtybees first. With much regret I must leave thirtybees now becuase the world has moved onto PHP 8 and there is no longer any way to install it unless you rent a webserver and ask a professional to downgrade the PHP. I couldn't figure it out on docker. My thoughts were that I could just install an older version which worked before then update it. No dice. It simply will not reconnect to database on unraid on mysql on a fresh installation. I keep getting this error I tried reinstalling mysql a dozen times and created 20 new databases it always gets stuck around 75% with this error. It cant find a line it needs or it can't create part of the table. Why is this happening, it worked for the longest time but now mysql wont allow it work. The connection tested ok.

I have had over 7000 visits to date in a little over 2 months and I have had one sale which came from an ad I posted on Kijijji. Why are there so many visits and no purchases, there are some abandoned shopping carts with rediculious amount of items inside. In excess of 10 items in abandoned carts almost as if somone has been playing with the website like its a game. I have checked the checkout process and all is working 100%, even the customer create an account is working. Eveything is in order but my store is not making any sales. Are the visits real? How can I check if they are not just bots patroling the internet and if these are real visits? Is there any seo I can do to make more of the right customers view my listings. It just makes no sence that nobody is buying anything, my store is beautiful and there are hundreds of items posted. Why all the abandoned carts?

I have been searching for a mega drop down menu and I am still searching for a really deluxe menu. So far I found one called: Prestashop Top horizontal menu with dropdowns This is modification of standard "block top menu" module for PrestaShop. It creates top horizontal menu with dropdows. Each menu item can be explored easily. Until I found this one it looks the same when its just sitting there but the drop downs are much smarter and they suite the community theme better, this is ultimately a way better menu than what thirtybees comes with it just works, when I hover it does open that drop down picture but this time all the links are clickable on the second row. This is suitable for everyone. I highly recommend it. But I am still looking for a free mega menu if anyone knows anything let me know by responding to this post.

Issue resolved after several hours of investigation. It turned out to be a bad stripe module, in fact if the stripe module is installed neither the paypal nor the stripe will work. I removed completely the stripe and i deleted the paypal as well and installed it from a different source, githubs repository, then I toggled the switch to disable all 3rd party non thirty bees apps on and off, created a brand new api through paypal and will use paypal for regular credit card purchases as well as paypal purchases. I discovered that there was two incorrect settings selected in paypal as well that were preventing the order from completing. I enabled website payment standard and this time I did not enable express checkout or website payments plus because they are not supported and give an error code which I overlooked before and did not notice but it was there. Now everything is peachy and order processes and product is delivered digital goods and downloadable and the order says that it completed. I will never install stripe again, how aweful that I lost $200 sales and almost two months past of people trying to place orders and no one bothered to message me and tell me that the checkout wasn't working. It was working at first but I only tested it with a free product and it really needs to be tested at $1 and I did this twice and all is working now. I can finally relax because I won't lose anymore business and money. I never will use stripe again, I'd rather buy the square module and try my luck with that however with it working properly I should just use paypal because it processes regular credit card purchases all the same. I just don't like how people open disputes instantly as soon as something isn't working and don't bother to message me and tell me there is something wrong. I never had a chance to fix it before losing money.

I cannot test paypal because it won't allow the same account as who's charging the money to pay the money. I get a warning that I am the seller account and I cannot order through paypal with the same account. That is the entire error message, I am trying to get stripe working or anything working at this point any payment method is better than none. and yes there was a dispute for paypal it charged him then it said 500 server error and the order did not even register in thirtybees but the customer was charged for the item. In fact, I first heard about the dispute through paypal by email and I had no knowledge of the order at all until I emailed the customer who has since moved on and bought it somewhere else.

My first customer ever received a 500 server error when attempting to place an order and now that paypal has charged him for the item and he never received it there is an open dispute. In categories under available items it still displays samsungfrp.pro even though I changed my store name recently. How can I edit that to reflect my new store name as it should be?

I tried adding a Javascript video from Utube and it interfered with my javascript chat widget so I had to remove it, also it wouldn't play it was stuck with a play button. Also, the video was way to large for the page. I know how to edit html for adobe dreamweaver but I don't know how to do it for thirtybees. I am looking to post some small window videos that have the ability to go full screen if clicked. Is there a way to self host them from Nextloud? Utube?

I can self host them on nextcloud if needed but if they are on utube they should play right in on the page, how can I do this?
