  1. The Prestashop version was the latest one, and I'm pretty sure it worked, although I'd have to go back and double check just to be sure.
  2. What is the purpose of a "shopping bot"? Are you sure they aren't just abandoned customers or people checking out your site?
  3. How do you copy a thirty bees development installation over to the production environment/folder? After you've finished configuring your shop, changing the theme and adding products inside a development installation, how do you go about transferring that over to a production site? Do you have to re-install it with a different folder and database, and then reconfigure it? Or do you just copy the entire filetree and database over to the production folder and change some values? If the proper method is copying files over, how do you do that while maintaining the correct file and folder permissions (linux)? Also, I noticed when exporting the categories to CSV, it only exports the order, title and description - not all the configurations ilke meta keywords, picture etc. Do categories need to be set up individually or is there someway I can do everything in a csv file or otherwise?
  4. @toplakd said in Can't sign in with fresh install. "There is 1 error Authentication failed. ": You can not login to front with your backend login credentials. Alright, thanks. This is mainly what I was curious about, as it seems like it is something that worked in the test installation of Prestashop.
  5. I've installed Thirty Bees in 2 environments. WSL on win 10 and linux with my hosting provider. Neither allow me to sign in to the front with the account created during installation. The installation folder has been removed. I can sign into the back office fine. Copied .zip file to installation directory - unzip thirtybees.zip domain.com/thirtybees/install - proceed with installation promps, create admin user/password no errors. delete /install go to domain.com/thirtybees/en/login - enter admin user/pass >"There is 1 error > Authentication failed. >« Back" Switching to https does not solve the problem. Signing into thirtybees/admin1235 with same user/password works.
