  2. I have this problem too now. The customer will not receive an e-mail if an order has been placed. I also get the notification of the opening post when I try to change the status of an order. I have already looked at the statuses. A mail should be sent by all. Also check the status in the back office for which template is sent, then look in the / themes / transformer / emails / and directory to make sure the template is on your server. I have already looked at this. There is no mail folder at the template. It is at the root. But they seem to be the ones that are asked in the status.

  11. Everything works as it should on the computer. I work with the Huawei Mediapad M5 Pro. Runs on Android. Hopefully you can do something with this and you can always respond for questions. I work quite a lot with the tablet and it would be nice to be able to add products and that the menu works well.

  16. Hoi allen, Bezig met de overstap van PS 1.6.17 naar TB 1.06. Nu werkt veel goed echter probeer ik nu als test een product toe te voegen, maar werkt dit nog niet. Ik werk nu op een tablet dus wellicht ligt dat daaraan maar het volgende is aan de hand: Als ik een naam, referentienummer en een omschrijving ingevuld heb en klik op Prijzen, wordt het scherm opnieuw geladen en blijf ik in het eerste gedeelte hangen en is alles wat ik ingevuld heb verdwenen. Ik ga dus ook niet naar de pagina van de prijzen. Waar kan dit aan liggen? Ook heb ik op de tablet in de normale platte stand dat de subcategorieën in de backoffice niet te zien zijn. Draai ik de tablet een kwartslag, komen ze tevoorschijn. Hopelijk kunnen jullie mij helpen. Alvast bedankt!
