By 1.4 you mean bleeding edge, right? Because fixes are in the bleeding edge.
If you, by any chance, updated to 1.4.0 (stable release) again, you would get the same buggy version as before.
Oh, sorry, I will update to the bleeding edge version and try again

I just updated to 1.4 again and tried to upload a csv file (file is attached). It failed again. This is the error that showed on the fail:
Errors occurred:
- Property FeatureValue->value is not valid
- Property FeatureValue->value is not valid
- Property FeatureValue->value is not valid

Sorry I was unclear. Yes, I meant 1.4 vs 1.3. I have attched the file which failed in 1.4 and worked in 1.3.
Thank you for any help.

I use ~ as the multiple value separator in my csv import. After I upgraded to 4.0 the features field did not populate and the import failed. I downgraded to 3.0 and everything worked as normal. I can not use ; as the multiple value separator. How can I fix this? Thank you.

Thank you, I will check it out.

Hello,
I haven't posted here in years but have been happily using TB almost from the beginning.
I need to generate an xml file regularly to link our site to a book search site. Is there a function in ThirtyBees to do that or will I need to get module to do it? If I need a module do you have any recommendations (my budget is very small at this time).
Thank you,
Laura

Well I went into the database and changed the customer id for the most recent order in the orders table and then went into the back office and deleted the customer without an order. Not the best way to do things but it worked.
-
I have had a customer place two orders using guest checkout. In doing so I now have two customer accounts in the back office for the same person. Is there a way to merge the two accounts?
Thank you

Looks great!

It seems the store is still in maintenance mode. I got the "Torneremo presto" page.

We are in the process off working with Stripe. Looks good. Just a shame we are having to say goodbye to £4000 a month turnover in Ebay!
At least here in the US eBay is in the process of rolling out their own payment provider (Managed Payments) and PayPal will be an option not a requirement. Maybe that could be an option for your eBay store in the near future.

Running the updater should correct this. If not, Core Updater needs improvement.
And yes, I'm dreaming of consistency checks as well. Probably happens not before v1.2.0, though.
I ran the updater and it did not remove these files. The processing report said the removal failed and to remove them manually.

@hedgehog that's definitely enough memory. So the culprit must be somewhere else. Could you please try to modify this line in
classes/Tools.php
and change it to look like this:'verify' => _PS_TOOL_DIR_.'cacert.pem',
When you update tb the line above reverts to the original and the import fails. You have to go back and modify it again.
-
The only issue I have found is when you update tb you have to go back and change the classes/tools.php again. Is there a way to avoid this?

Is it the latest version?
https://github.com/thirtybees/coreupdater/releases/tag/1.0.0
One of these previews had some debug code inside.
Yes, it is that version.

I installed the new core updater and ran a test comparasin. It did not work and gave this error: Processing log (request failed, see JavaScript console): What do I need to do to fix this? Thank you.
-
Thank you. I fixed the problem.

I just updated our second site to 1.0.8 and in testing to make sure everything works I sent a test email to myself from the contact form. I noticed on the comfirmation email at the bottom it had StarGeezer Stuff powered by thirty bees ™
As you can see the link to StarGeezer Stuff returns to our site, but the one to thirty bees returns to prestashop.
I checked the other site and the email was the same except it added weird numbers in the subject: [LJ's Books] Your message has been correctly sent #ct3 #tcOvt2bqf3htOx.
Where do I go to fix these templates?
Thank you.

@datakick This fixed the problem for me too. Thank you!!!

What version are you using? I just upgraded to 1.0.8 and am having the same issue. Images were importing fine with 1.0.7.

@traumflug THANK YOU!

@traumflug The error page truncated the admin name so yes it is the admin directory. I did a search for core.19283 in cpanel as I didn't have an "admin" folder and it found it in my adminxxxx directory.
